Clinical supervision at Wildflower Center is a relational, reflective space for LCMHCAs in North Carolina who want depth, not just sign-offs. We sit with you as a fellow clinician, honoring both your skills and your vulnerable growing edges. Together we unpack complex cases, ethics, and your own parts that show up in the room - perfectionism, urgency to fix, self-doubt, or caretaker fatigue. Our work often weaves in Internal Family Systems, EMDR-informed thinking, somatic awareness, and attachment-focused perspectives, so you can integrate these lenses with confidence.
We also keep an eye on sustainability: boundaries, fees, burnout, and how to build a practice that fits your values. Supervision becomes a place where you can be honest about what is hard, celebrate what is going well, and steadily grow your clinical voice. The goal is for you to feel steadier, more grounded, and ethically aligned in your work with clients.
