Together we make sense of what your depression is communicating - about burnout, grief, isolation, trauma, or unmet needs.
Using Internal Family Systems, EMDR when appropriate, mindfulness, and somatic tools, we gently connect with the parts of you that feel hopeless, numb, or deeply critical. These parts are not treated as problems, but as signals that something in you has been carrying too much for too long.
Sessions focus on easing symptoms while also tending to underlying patterns. Over time, many clients report more access to small moments of pleasure, clearer boundaries, and a strengthening of their inner sense of worth. You do not have to navigate the darkness by yourself.
