Individual therapy at Wildflower Center is a quiet, steady space where you do not have to hold everything together. We sit with you in the hard places - anxiety, trauma, ADHD challenges, self-doubt, big life transitions - and move at a pace that feels safe. Instead of quick tips, we listen closely to what your nervous system, thoughts, and emotions are trying to say. Sessions often weave Internal Family Systems, EMDR, mindfulness, and gentle somatic tools. 


Together we get curious about the parts of you that worry, shut down, overthink, or keep saying "you're not enough," and we build a more caring relationship with them. Over time, many people notice less inner criticism, more ease in their bodies, clearer boundaries, and a quieter mind.

Whether you are navigating a specific crisis or a lifelong pattern that keeps repeating, we will work collaboratively to strengthen self-trust and self-esteem so you can move through your days feeling more grounded and less alone.
