Trauma Recovery Therapy

We draw on Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and somatic approaches to gently untangle how trauma has shaped your beliefs, relationships, and body responses. You stay in charge of the pace. 


Nothing is forced. We check in often so your body and emotions are not overwhelmed. Together we get to know the parts of you that have been working hard to protect you - hypervigilance, people-pleasing, shutting down - and offer them new options. As memories and sensations are processed in a safer way, many people notice fewer triggers, more emotional range, and a deeper sense of stability. Our goal is for you to feel more present in your life, rather than constantly bracing for the next impact.
